Hello AutoDS took over $300 out of my account for an account. I don’t even have with them because they say I have an email address attached with them and they said they will not give me a refund and there’s proof showing that I haven’t even used auto DS so I’m not even sure why they think it’s OK to take $300 out of my account when I don’t even have their service and that they can’t give a refund that sounds like fraud to me or scam!

ALERT ALERT ALERT — be careful!
This website may try to charge you around €400 if you don’t pay close attention. After the short trial period, around €400 was automatically deducted from my account for a yearly plan and add-ons.
I only intended to use the trial and did not expect such a high charge. In my opinion, this kind of billing setup is very misleading and stressful for customers.
However, after I posted my review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me in a friendly and professional way, and I received a full refund.
Please still be careful before entering your payment details, read the billing terms closely, and make sure you cancel everything in time.

Subscription Trap – No Way to Cancel During Trial”
I signed up for the AutoDS free trial and decided during onboarding that it wasn’t for me.
That should have been the easiest moment to leave.
Instead, there was no clear way to cancel.
Every time I tried to access settings or billing, I was pushed straight back into onboarding. I wasn’t able to manage my own account or cancel my trial.
That is a massive red flag.
I then spent over an hour on live chat trying to resolve it. Nothing was fixed. I was simply told someone would “reach out.”
When a company can take your payment details instantly but cannot let you cancel instantly, people should be very careful.
A subscription business should make cancellation simple, visible, and accessible. AutoDS did not.
This felt less like a free trial and more like a trap.
Proceed with caution before entering your payment details.
They are fruadulent and scammers.
