I bought a 1695.00 lift I paid 800.00 down ant the balance was financed through timepayment corp unfortunately timepayment somehow is financing 1695.00 and they paid auto depot 984.00 not 1695.00 so I am stuck right now with paying 800.00 down to auto depot and 1695.00 to timepayment totaling 2495.00 plus finance charges on a hoist that was only 1695.00 to start with alan at auto depot said to send him a email and it would get straightened out I haven't seen or heard anything yet BE CAREFULL someone doesn't know what the hell there doing with your money

I picked it up at the wearhouse brought it home put it up with the help of my son in about 4 hours the customer service great on both ends and it works great thanks Mark

I was looking at buying a 2post lift 9k the Custer service lady advice me for alittle extra I could get the same thing in 11k absolutely love it thank you all

In this company made the process of ordering equipment online from out-of-state fairly simple. But, my products were put on back order, and I was not notified until I called to check the status of delivery. So, 4 to 6 business days is now hitting 10 and my machines still aren't delivered. I am confident they will arrive in the next few days because I did receive a tracking number via email. Although the setback they worked well with Setting up a payment plan and being able to electronically sign the documents

I recently purchased a 4 post lift from Auto Equipment Depot after looking at many other lifts. I called Auto Equipment Depot and they were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I decided to get this one due to the lifting capacity, duty cycle and price. Many other lifts were rated as parking lifts and recommended cycling no more than once per day, I was told that this FP9K would be suitable to cycle 10 times per day if I wanted to. Since my primary purpose for buying this lift was to do personal automotive jobs I felt that it was my best option at the price point. The purchase was simple and fast over the phone and the lift arrived at a local shipping depot in good condition. The only issue I had with shipping was the original truck that was scheduled to pick it up did not show up so it took an additional week to arrive. After getting it home the assembly went smooth until I discovered that two of the bolts were missing, but I replaced them and had it up and running in about 4-6 hours. I have used it for approx 10 jobs so far and it has worked flawlessly. I am glad that I bought this unit and have no regrets regarding this model or the salesman that I worked with at Auto Equipment Depot. My 4 star rating is due to the shipping delay and missing bolts otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. I would purchase from this company again with no reservations.

The customer service at Auto Equipment Depot are awesome. They are freindly, product knowlegable, and eager to help. The tech support people are also great to work with. My only problem with this transaction was the instructions were general and vague at best. however I really lke the lift and would recommend it to anyone.

Machines arrived as promised and they work great. I had a lot of questions about the Tire machine and balancers trying to determine which would best fit our needs. The staff was knowledgable patient and friendly. Great company, thanks guys!

I have worked on automobiles most of my life, but always for someone else garage. As i have gotten older and now work in a tire manufacturing plant I have decided to fulfill a dream to work on cars for myself. I had saved my money with intentions of finding a descent used lift of some sort. I discovered Auto Equipment Depot and found I could buy a new lift with warranty and even get easy financing for what i had found a used lift for. The sales associates are very courteous and helpful. I have already been referring people to AED. Thanks for the help.

I like the products I really the service that your agent provided to me her name is Christine Moro. The only thing I did not like it was one of the fright company that you guys used to shipped my machines I don't remember the name they located in Milwaukee Wisconsin, they delayed my shipping process and every time I called them they hang out on me. In my opining they are races and I don't want to do basins with then again. But Chistine resolved the problem for me 5 stars for her, I'm really happy with the experience she provided to me. You guys are my source # 1 for equipment now as long ypou don't use that freight company in Milwaukee . thanks a lot.

Lift works great. Easy to assemble and install with help or with a lift. Used local pickup to save on the shipping cost.

Made the call to Auto Equipment Depo an told them what I needed and they had it to me in less than a week thanks great job
