Windshield needed to be replaced fast and they got my Jeep in immediately. Not only were they quick but they were half the price as everyone else. I have had 2 windshields replaced with them and I am a customer for life. Well worth the 2 hour drive from where I live. They also answered questions I had about comprehensive insurance and how good of an option it is for value. So helpful with true customer service.

I called for a quote and received one quickly, which I appreciated. I went with another option and indicated so to Auto Glass. However, for the next 5 days I received multiple calls each day pressing me to work with Auto Glass. Only when filing a complaint did the calls stop.

What needs real repair is your marketing and sales process.

[UPDATE: 11/24/2021] - Today I noticed a response from Auto Glass Now expressing confusion. I'm confused as well. Their response says they replaced my back windshield on August 5th. I didn't arrive to the San Diego area until August 6th, and went to a local repair shop called Liberty Auto Glass for a same-day replacement on August 10th.

Perhaps Auto Glass Now owns this mom-and-pop shop where I had the repair done. (Literally, the manager's mom provided homemade cookies and coffee in the lobby, a converted living room with recliners and sofas). Or, perhaps they don't.

This repair was a stress reliever after safelight cancelled twice. The customer service was emaculent Eric was so courteous and I was finished within two hours. They provided after care instructions and I was impressed. I will recommend them to everyone!

Sent an online quote request - received a quote for $189. Called to book an appointment, was told $210 plus tax. Showed up 5 min prior to my appointment and was told that they would try to "squeeze me in" since I didn't have an appointment. I was told that my PRINTED quote of $189 was not correct and that the price is $204. Place is a DUMP, people don't know what's going on there at all!

I was able to get a quick appointment to replace the windshield of our car and the customer service was friendly and they were able to answer any of my questions. The price even better compared to other businesses and the service was quickly done while I waited.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I made an appointment and they said the glass would be there. After getting there at 8AM and waiting for 3.5 hours I saw my truck out front and thought it was done, but they didn't even have the glass there yet. This was never mentioned. Never again.

I have to call them today but they taped part of my car back together. I’m pretty sure it’s not put back correctly. They left a tool in the crevice and it flew up while I was driving. Not only that, there is grease all over my car. The people at the desk were great but the actual job, not so much!

Came in for a windshield replacement and the staff was very professional and friendly. The glass job did not take long considering how many people were there before me, and it was a very affordable price with a lifetime warranty. I will only go to this place for my window/windshield repair and replacement. Great Job all around!
