Excellent Business from Jan Adler (Autohaus Bayerngarage)

Up until the moment I had something to do with Autohaus Bayerngarage, I was one of those that have very strong reservations to buying cars online without ever seeing or test-driving them.
However, all that have changed now.
That is exactly how I bought the car you see here from Autohaus Bayerngarage
The level of ease of the entire business transactions, from the first contact with Jan Adler till this day (6 months after driving off with my car), has been amazing.
The car was exactly as advertised; brand new!
The car was pre-registered by Autobayerngarage and that eliminated a lot of German Bureaucratic stress.
Up till this day, I have never had any reason to regret buying the car from them.
The extra services which Jan offered, including changing of tyres, were done with precision.
Jan was always there to help out anytime I ran into trouble, even after I had taken the car home (trust me, I caused/had a lot of troubles... unintentionally though).

I can only recommend this company.
I can't vouch for everyone there but, you can always ask for Jan Adler (Hatten office) and you will be in the best hands.
PS: don't forget that new cars have little or no fuel when you pick them up. Don't be me... be sure to Tank Up immediately!

Lack of communication, transparency and trust

We ordered a car in January 21. Delivery time was 4 month during the negotiation, then moved to 6 months right after the contract signature. Since June, we have a different delivery time each time we call. They told us in August that the car was produced but they didn't know where it was.

When we spoke to them in late September, they told us it would be delivered end of November. When we asked for compensations that they mentioned in the past (to cover flight tickets to go and pick the car, cost of temporary car meanwhile, etc), the owner got upset and asked us to stop talking to them.

Finally in February 22 the car was made available but they made a mistake in the delivery date so we had again to struggle to get the car delivered at the proper time and date.

Now our lawyer is preparing a lawsuit to get damages due to their repeated "misleading" behavior
