I've seen many reviews here complaining about they're not responding or they don't want to fix the issues etc etc which in my case has been quite the opposite. I paid for 3 year premium warranty and so far I had 2 issues with the car. Both issues were discussed immediately and advised to make at the local garage partner. 1st issue the garage could fix but 2nd they couldn't diagnose properly and they changed the part which didn't fix the issue, after I sent an email that the issue was "fixed" by other garage but the clunking sound is still there they told me to make an appointment with official garage of my car brand and to do diagnosis and after it was approved it was fixed as well. You really only have to do the things by the book as they said in the follow-up email and there is absolutely no issue whatsoever.
Only complaint would be that the presale communication could've been better but when it comes to handling problems and fixing it I have absolutely nothing but compliments.
I know for sure that my future car will definitely be again from autohero and have already recommended it to few of my friends for their next purchase

I had a fantastic experience buying a car from Authero. I actually bought the car entirely online without a test drive, which can usually feel risky, but Authero was completely clear and transparent about every single small damage and detail beforehand. There were no surprises at all.The car delivery went incredibly smoothly as well. Karim, the delivery guy at the Herstal Authero center, was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.Overall, it was a very smooth and reliable experience. I highly recommend them!

Poor aftersales service and cleaning scam
Everything went smoothly until we picked up the car. The employees with whom I interacted with were nice and helped me out in what was the first second-hand car purchase in Belgium. I paid 250€ of extra fees including a "deep cleaning service". However, when I got there for the pick up, the car was in extremely bad conditions. We found cigarettes and a horrible smell of smoke within the car while the conditions were meant to be almost perfect. On top of this, the car was supposed to have the rear tow hook as well. It was there, but uninstalled and simply laid in the trunk. I opened a ticket to solve the problems and all they offered were 50€ for the cleaning and they said that the rear tow hook is a removable item so if I wanted it I had to install it myself. 50€ for such a deep cleaning are not enough because a special treatment must be done to remove the smoke smell. They replied in a passive-aggressive manner and hid behind their policy "if you don't like it you can return it" which should be a last resort resource for greater issues the car might have while they use it as an excuse to deliver a poor service. They largely proved that they care about their customers only until they pay and this is not acceptable for such an important purchase.
I opted no to return the car for private reasons, but I highly recommend not to interact with Autohero and be ready to have surprises if you do.
