I bought from your online store [order #PED6TIY0W] a set of "CPC200-Tbox Plus Android 12.0 Internet AI Box-Wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto" on 2023/04/20. The product has been working great until 2026/05/27 and found the device keep reboot itself after connected to Internet. I sent an email to Autokitcarplay technical support and got the reply shortly from Nikki, one of their technical consultants, who helped to resolve the problem professionally. I was impressed in the professional after sale support services from Autokitcarplay despite my purchase was more than 3 years ago.

Carlinkit CPC200-CCPA

I am using the Carlinkit CPC200-CCPA for an custom CarPlay project. The device is very reliable and easy to use.
Regarding the customer service, I have positive experience. I asked a firmware update and I got the answer almost immediately with a detailed instruction from Coco.

Having purchased the CPC200-CCPA…

Having purchased the CPC200-CCPA Wireless CarPlay Dongle for my 2025 BYD Song Plus, i was happy to find out it works seemlessly with car's infotainment system.The small instruction guide was very helpful and also watching a few videos on youtube gave me an idea of what to expect from this nifty and capabale device. Once it is all setup Apple carplay nicely starts when the cars is turned on without requiring any intervention on my end. I have default BYD AC controls at bottom of the carplay UI and other car critical shortcuts which you can customize to show up at the bottom of your carplay UI. OVerall i am very happy with my purchase and will recommend this product to anyone looking to use Carplay with their android infotainment.

Carrying CarPLay on my Tesla 2001

Carrying CarPLay on my Tesla 2001, it works and has fully support on CarPlay apps. It works in a brrowser but it is relatively fast in reaction to touch and clicks I'm sure with newer Tesla platform is super quick. But I use it daily. With this you can evaluate to suspend the Tesla abo because it uses your phone data for maps. I had some problem of connections due to a Tesla update, but support was very helpful, Mrs Estella guided me in the AutoKit firmware update and everything returend to work.

Autokit for Tesla

I have Autokitcarplay for my Tesla. I love it when it's working, but it has been inconsistent. I will say, however, that I have contacted support, and Coco has been immediately responsive to my concerns and . extremely helpful in resolving my problems. It is now working, thanks to her, and I hope that it will continue.

Carlinkit 5.0 Android Auto with Google Pixel 10pro

Hi, i recently swapped from the Pixel7 pro to the 10pro and my Carlinkit 5.0 device freezed after the connection.

I contacted Carlinkit and got immediately professional help from Rita.

My device works now perfectly like before.

Great customer service and thanks to Rita.

I highly recommend it.

I'll leave my feedback here. I've been using the product for about one year and had never experienced any problems. Today, however, I had a small, trivial issue: a setting on the box was preventing the use of a specific function. I contacted support by email and the agent Coco was very helpful; after a few emails the problem was resolved. Therefore, I can say I highly recommend buying their products. Mine, specifically, is the TBOX UHD.

I had to update my CPC200

I had to update my CPC200 cause i got lags while navigating. Coco send me the right firmware and the instructions how to update. Lags are gone now, many thanks.

I updated CPC200 and got error after update. QR code remained on the screen and could not move nor deleted. It's annoying and disturbing.
I sent email to support team, and exchanged several responses.
Finally customer support resolved the problem, once after I contacted via Amazon communication route.
Usual guifance to connect to phone's network could not resolve the issue, finally CS said they scanned on behalf of me. I could not understand what I shoul have done, but anyway the issue could be resolved.

Good support experience

Support was timely and helpful in troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue with my Tbox Max. Although the root cause of the issue turned out to be the data port in the car, Coco, my tech support representative went above and beyond to ensure that any questions or concerns I had were addressed and answered.
