Worthless Warranty - Buy cheap buy twice.

I bought a leisure battery with a 2year warranty. The warranty is totally worthless. They ignored my emails for a month and only replied when Amazon put pressure on them. You have to send the battery back at your expense but Parcel Force, Evri etc will not accept a battery. If you manage to get someone to take it (damaged) then I doubt it would be accepted at the other end as their 'base' is a self store locker in Leeds and their T&C do not allow for this storage. Check other Amazon reviews for similar stories.

No refunds or repairs from these Cowboys.

Bought my leisure battery in mid-January 2026 by April it was dead. The company kept informing me to check it, charge it, monitor it, and so on, despite me being very clear that it was completely refusing a charge.
My request for a refund or replacement was rejected, and when Autolite finally agreed that it could be returned for testing at my own expense, they then refused to supply a return address.
I have since discovered that Autolite Battery is a trading name for ZEFA Trading Company Ltd, which trades from a storage room in one of those rental places for surplus junk. The company is registered to a council house.
Do not be fooled by the fancy website, or claims within. I have been on a wild goose chase trying to get a refund. Try finding a phone number or active email.
