I feel cheated

**I feel cheated – more than two months without delivery**

I ordered a Schneider Electric TM241CE24T PLC on 26 July 2026, order number 14369.

Despite repeated follow-ups, as of 12 October I still have not received the PLC, a dispatch confirmation or a DHL tracking number.

On 30 September, customer service told me they were awaiting collection of a pallet and expected my order to reach their central warehouse shortly. I still have no confirmed delivery date.

I feel cheated and have lost confidence in this company. Very poor customer service and inadequate follow-up.
