I ordered car mats after they…


I ordered car mats after they advertised that the trunk mat (kofferaum) would be included for free. After receiving the product, the trunk mat was missing, and I was told that the offer might have ended.

I then asked to return the product and get a refund, but they completely stopped responding. It has now been two months with no reply and no solution.

Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I do not recommend this company
