Using Silverstone over social media has filtered out the many numerous time wasters and resulted in nice smooth sales.

Silverstone auctions were very easy to deal with helping clarify some of the complicated terms and conditions which initially had us worried. They reassured us of our concerns, came and photographed the vehicle, gave an appraisal and value that wasn't quite achieved on the sale but they negotiated a close price we were happy to sell the vehicle at. Would recommend anyone looking to sell a vehicle and I would happily use their services again.

Stacey was a breath of fresh air. When she made contact with us regarding selling our car she was professional and knowledgeable. She also had a very friendly approach and very helpful.
With our busy lives we would often message early in the morning and late at night if we had any queries and would get an instant reply most of the time. On the rare occasion that we didn’t, we would get an apology with the response (despite it never taking longer than an hour or so for a reply).
Stacey was always enthusiastic about selling our car, keeping us up to date with how the biddings we’re going.
She made the process straight forward and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Stacie is the first person to have ever convinced me to consider using an auction site. She has worked tirelessly (day and night) to ensure that the auction resulting in a sale. She always kept me informed of developments and is a credit to her company. I would 100% use automotive auctions again.
