They put GPS tracker to trick the customer, if any accident happen, they will say you have been speeding and the insurance you brought from them will be VOID, they will not support you after accidenct! Even so, their manager will phone you and threaten you, saying all the F word!! EXTREMELY RUDE!

Great car hire service , could use debit card and got refund back on debit no problem. Car was perfect we drove from Amman to Petra and back which is long drive and no issues, very friendly and helpful , always able to contact them on WhatsApp

We picked up the car at the Amman city office. It was not ready upon our arrival and took about an hour to prepare. State of the car was very poor: dents and scratches throughout; signs of previous repair work; 150,000km; completely bald tyres which began to lose air pressure during our trip; we also had a puncture (difficult to say whether directly related to poor state of tyres). A car in this state is potentially dangerous to drive and should not be rented. Despite the low prices I would not rent from this company again as it's a bit of a gamble.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this company, so we want to make this review so that you can make a good choice before renting a car.
First of all we had requested a car with manual transmission, but when we arrived the car was automatic transmission.
In addition to this during our stay we got a flat tire and of course we were promptly charged for the damage, but without the regular issuance of an invoice, although it was specifically requested. We have taken insurance against possible accidents with another company, but without the invoice we cannot claim reimbursement. I have been asking for this invoice for days, but I am being ignored by the car rental company. I find this behavior really disgraceful and therefore I advise everyone against this company, rely on more serious companies, such as Budget or Hertz.

Be careful, if you want to rent a car here! I'm very sad from the attitude of AutoNation.
After all positive reviews we rented a car here in March 2022 for a week. We ordered our Yaris in advance per e-mail and agreed with Mohammad on the rental price (16USD/day).
When we came to their office, we got some old Chevrolet. OK, I don't mind - when the car is safe and the price the same.. BUT - they cheated us - they charged us in JOD and about 50JOD more, than we agreed. First I didn't realized that (a bit in hurry and JOD instead of USD :-/ ) - so I paid it and didn't noticed it until the afternoon.
Immediately I contacted Mohammad, explained him, what happened and he promised us to fix it - "I'm sorry about that, but don't worry, we will pay you your money back."
Hmm, I don't know, if it was their intention from the beginning or just unintended mistake, anyway Mohammad didn't keep his word. When we returned the car, nobody in the office knew about it. After that - I mailed them few times, but no reaction.
After all this I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU SOME OTHER COMPANY, that you can rely on. DON'T TRUST AutoNation!

I must praise Autonation in Jordan for their service. Efficient and helpful and great after-sales service. Will definitely use their service again if I'm ever in Jordan.
