Don’t use Autopal. They get you hooked and hold you hostage. Very poor training videos. You get charged for customer service and I got charged for 2 hrs of customer service when the problem turned out to be in their programming. Nice but arrogant service agents. The last straw was when they charged me for 4years of back sales tax that they neglected to charge on their monthly bill. STAY AWAY!!!
