Break pads broken Zimmerman
I bought Break pads Zimmerman, and after some km during a emergency break i lost the friction pads.
I damaged also the disk and ohters parts of my car, afted sendning back the material to AUTOPARTI they replyed to me that due to the uneven consumption, they decline any warranty.
This seller is really unprofessional and scorrect with cutomers, and I m really upset for heir arrogance.

Ci dispiace di questa situazione che sie creata. Terremo in considerazione la Sua segnalazione. Ma desideravamo informarla che di norma 24\48h passano per l'elaborazione dell'ordine, dopo che il pagamento e' entrato nel sistema;
Il corriere, mediamente, impiega dai 3 ai 4 giorni per consegnare il pacco;
(dato che il deposito dal quale partono i pezzi di ricambio si trova in Germania).
Dopo il Controllo effetuato risulta che l'ordine e' stato creato nella data del 11.06.2019, dopo di che il pacco e' stato consegnato al corriere il giorno stesso 11.06.2019, quindi nel tempo indicato 24/48 ore. In questo momento risulta che la consegna e' stata ricevuta il giorno 24.06.2019
Ci dispiace che non ci abbia valutato anche per gli acquisti andati bene e aver ricevuto 1 stella solo per l'ultimo acquisto, l'unico in cui ci sono stati ritardi dovuti dal corriere GLS e non da Noi. Purtroppo può capitare una situazione del genere, ciò non toglie che noi abbiamo spedito nei tempi e fatto il nostro lavoro dovuto.
Desideravamo informarla che nel Suo caso e successa una "anomalia" rispetto al nostro lavoro quotidiano dato che il pacco ha perso tracciabilita. L'importante che il caso è stato risolto e i pezzi ricivuti. Consideri anche che di mezzo c'erano i giorni festivi.
La ringraziamo della Sua recensione, per noi e' molto importante.
Se nel frattempo necessitasse di ulteriore assistenza, non esiti a contattarci nuovamente.
