I ordered a part on 1/9/24, received confirmation and saw the charge on my credit card statement online. On 1/11/24, I received an email that said my order was cancelled because my payment had been declined. Checked the credit card, sure enough the charge was still there. The company rep "Derick" emailed then and said it was a problem with their payment processor and if I'd just replace the order tomorrow, they would ship my part on Monday and the original charge would be refunded in 2-3 days. Not sure if they really thought I was born yesterday or what but of course I emailed back stating that there would be no further orders until the refund was received. On 1/16/24, after receiving no further communication from the company as well as no part and no refund, I emailed again giving them until the end of the day on 1/19/24 to either produce the part or the full refund. No communication was received and I called the credit card company on 1/22/24. They told me that the refund was posted onto my account on 1/21/24 and it finally showed up on my statement on 1/23/24. I have no doubt that had I not threatened legal action, I would have not received a refund. I also have no doubt that had I "replaced" the order "tomorrow", I'd be out twice. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM/FRAUD COMPANY.

Ordered item and waited 1 week for a confirmation but received none. Tried calling number on page and only get answering machine and no one returns calls. I have enmailed several times and all my emails are blocked "Due To Security Concern".

The Ford Taurus Subframe arrived in good condition and ontime. It was shipped from Arizona which was great since it was rust free. It even included some hardware. I was hesitant to place my order since only half of the reviews were positive, but I needed the part and took a gamble. I am glad I did.

I am hoping I did not make a mistake purchasing a part from AUTOPART HUB!
April 19, 2023 my order was confirmed by email.
April 28, 2023 a email requesting make and model information was received and responded to. A thank you reply was sent back to me.
May 2, 2023 I sent an email requesting an update. NOTHING.
I have called the advertised phone number twice, NOTHING.
May 10, 2023 I put the order number sent to me in their tracking site.

It replied with,

"Sorry, we couldn't find an order with the order number and email address you provided".

The one time I managed to talk with a representative prior to purchase they sounded legit!

Never did get a response from AUTOPART HUB. Went to bank I paid from and made a formal complaint to recover the money sent.

I bought a part from this company, it never shipped and when I requested a refund the people on the chat said it would be returned in 3-5 business days, obviously that was a lie, they took my money and ran. Scam company! Don’t ever use these guys!

Sub frame was bent I made several attempts to contact you all about this never got any kind reply very bad business will not refer to anyone nor will you all get anymore of my business

We did not receive the part, did not receive a tracking number, emails and call have gone unanswered. At this point we just want a refund so we can look elsewhere. Should have looked at the other reviews first I guess.

I never got my part!!!!!!!!! $270.00!!

The part was in great condition. Will recommend and shop from Autopart Hub Ltd again.

What a horrible response from AUTOPART HUB! "The part may differ from the picture". I ordered the specific emblem overlay kit for my make and model. What is the point of selling a kit for a SR5 model if the SR5 emblem is not a part of the kit? Guess if you order the TRD kit for more money they'll leave out the added emblems and still take your money. Don't order from this scam! Wish I could give 0 stars to this scam artist.

I did not receive my full order. I ordered the black overlay emblems for my 4runner and did not receive the SR5 emblems as stated in the order. I tried contacting through email and Facebook and none of their contact info works. Guess I'm out $50 cause I will have to re-order a new set. It will definitely be from another vendor. The worst part is this was supposed to be a Xmas gift. Big Fail AUTOPART HUB!

I was sent a tracking number and my package said delivered but when I talked to a live person they said the package never even been shipped and they don't have a tracking number for it
