To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. RS Auto is a small, shop run by people who are passionate about Mercedes-Benz, cars and technology. We started in 2020 and today ship worldwide from our own store. Our speciality is original Mercedes-Benz steering wheels, refurbished and customised to order. We start from a genuine OEM wheel, either one we source or your own, and rebuild it in professional workshops that have worked with leather for decades. We use original Italian leather and high-quality materials, and every wheel is finished by hand with attention to detail. You can design your wheel yourself with our online wheel customizer and see a live preview as you choose: Smooth or perforated leather, Alcantara, wood (such as burl walnut), carbon or piano black Thicker sport grips and flat-bottom shapes Contrast stitching and a 12 o'clock stripe Beyond steering wheels, we offer hand-picked used and refurbished original Mercedes-Benz parts, restoration of wood trim and instrument clusters, Bluetooth retrofits for classic radios, and Becker radio codes. We are a small team, so you deal directly with the people who build, check and pack your order.
