Good price for own panhard bar for 1997 infinity qx4 only one I could find outside of dealer couldn’t afford dealer $180 but if your vehicle has the death sway replace shocks, front and rear trailing arms, panhard bar, all sway bar items, complete front shocks, rear shocks,front wheel bearings,and seals all together $1100 On eBay $3000 at shop++++PLUS SHOP LABOR! It’s like driving a new vehicle. Good luck it’s not hard to do I’m 65yo

There is no customer service. Dealt with them twice and both times had issues. Second time was really the final straw and caused me to write this review. Terrible customer service and even though they say “we will contact the warehouse and you will receive a email from them” but they never reply. It’s their go to response but trust me you’ll never hear from them. I was told this 3 times! I paid $72 for 2-3 day shipping, received one item at end of third day and the other item at end of 5th day. Asked several times for a refund of partial shipping cost but never got a reply.

I ordered brake pads for my van. I entered the vehicle make and year in their website which gave a list of pads that are supposed to fit. I received the pads quickly without a problem except that they did not fit my van.

I requested a return and received a postage paid shipping label from Autopartsway. I sent the pads back and was refunded for the full amount. I am satisfied with the resolution and received good service.

I order from autopartsway all the time from big items to little items. It's so easy. Shipping is fast, order confirm is fast and prices are usually very competitive with local parts shops or other popular online parts dealers.

I have ordered parts twice now and find the prices great & the delivery really fast, less than 48 hours to Campbell River, BC

Multiple errors in order, and refund still not issued WEEKS later after multiple communications.

Customer service and finance don't seem to know what is going on between each other. Will NEVER order from them again. Amazon is better, safer.

Makes lots of promises, does not deliver.
Still waiting for my refund. Will let you know if I get it back.

Update: eventually got money back, but will not order from them again. No additional compensation offered with apology. Amazon seems better and more reliable.

They shipped my order on time but it was missing a part . Customers service is no good , they take 48 hours to answer emails without a solution to my problem . If you try by phone don,t bother they never answer the phone . " They even double charged my card for the order , now I have to dispute the charge with Mastercard

I ordered a part for the first time. Got a wrong UPS tracking number which said it was already delivered months ago. Contacted Autopartsway.ca service and got a response the same day. The next day the UPS info was updated on their site and I received the part 2 days later. I doubted them for a while but it all turned out great. I will definitely be a return shopper. The problem was likely with UPS.

I needed to replace the time delay relay in my 98 VW beetle. I tried a couple of my local autoshops and the relays they supplied (different part numbers) both worked but had only one time delay instead of 4. I ordered a relay from Autopartsway which also worked but had only the one time delay. In the end I ordered a relay from the VW dealer (at $170,00) and it has a different part number to any of the other relays and the time delay works.
I have nothing but praise for my dealings with Autopartsway. It was easy to order the relay through their website, it arrived promptly the next day, after finding out ir was the wrong part I asked for a RMA so I could return it. The RMA promptly given, I returned the part and my money is being refunded. I was kept up to date by email and phone about the process. This is how customer service should be run. I will definitely be ordering through autopartsway as I refurb my VWs. (Vw tdi beetle, 93 turbo diesel golf, 92 cabriolet and a 72 vw window van). Thanks Autopartsway.

I purchased Brake Disc rotors back in August 2014, but did not have a chance to get them installed until a few weeks ago (November 2014). I didn't realize there were 2 sizes of front rotors for my car model, and I found that I had the wrong set. I contacted Customer Service at autopartsway immediately, even though I was convinced it was too late for a return. They responded right away and issued a Return #, and (upon inspection of the returned product) they gave me a store credit!

I was very pleased with this entire experience, and I will continue to support this great online store!

I easily found the parts I wanted, air cabin filters, for my vehicles at autopartsway.ca, which also offered the best price I could find. Bonus was FAST shipping (parts were at my door the day after I ordered them), and responsive customer service on my follow-up request to get an alternate to the one out-of-stock part of my order.

I still have not received everything but I am sure it will come everything else did,!
