TitleSCAM ALERT: Sent melted/damaged goods and zero support!

Review:
Do NOT buy from this shop! I ordered two remote controls from Auto Remote Man. When the package arrived, the items were completely destroyed and unusable — one of them literally had melted rubber buttons that fell apart right out of the box. On top of that, I had to pay import customs duties for what turned out to be complete trash.

I contacted their customer service multiple times providing clear photographs of the damage, and they have completely ignored all my messages.

I have been forced to open an official chargeback dispute with my bank to recover my money. Save your time and money, stay away from this seller!
