Product appears well made.
When recieced, one of the 2nd row seat cover did not have holes for the middle seatbelt.
I informed the company late March and it is already mid May without a resolution.
They are dragging there feet. If you have more than one issue, they address one issue at a time and chance of forgetting the other issues.
If you can, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge and find another company.

Seat Covers look great on my truck!
Seat covers on my Ram 1500 Bighorn look amazing, install takes some finesse and fiddling, but the result is totally worth it.
Communication and notification at what stage the seat cover is in & when it's shipped is also great.

The seat covers look amazing!!
The seat covers look amazing!!! There were a few issues (stitching placement, broken zipper, and a fit issue) that got resolved to my satisfaction. The wait time for my original set was comparable to the quality of the product however, the wait time for the remakes was even longer. From order to completed install was about 4.5 months. Communication with customer service was good with replies usually within 48 hours.
Overall I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my purchase!!

I spent a long time researching
I spent a long time researching, finally pulled the trigger on Auto Seat Zone.
It took a long time for them to arrive, but when they did I was surprised at how good they looked, exactly what I wanted. My wife helped me with the install, we took our time and lined everything up. It took about three hours.
Very happy with the outcome. The quality is outstanding and they are very comfortable. This was a big upgrade for my vehicle.

Really bad experience I paid almost 400…
Really bad experience I paid almost 400 dollars US for seat covers that don’t fit in any way shape or form. They requested pictures of interior before starting work on the covers. I understand and already believed this to be a drop shipping company likely looking for interior pictures to make sure the seat covers they pick generally fit your car. In my case they did not in the slightest. I emailed them right away and they asked for specific details as to why and where they don’t fit as well as pictures for “photographic evidence” I did as I was asked and provided evidence of the seats not at all being correct for my make and model. I then continued with requesting a refund and was left with nothing from the other end. Emails stopped being responded to.
Not all of my emails have been replied to. I’ve sent the pictures you requested even along with a video too. And there has been no solution provided given I’ve requested a return address after submitting pictures as you requested to show seat covers clearly for the wrong vehicle.
This is now the second reply here and the weirdest one. I don’t love the seat covers they’re currently on the way back for a refund. Which I had to cover the cost of $215. That’s right if you’re planning on buying these and they’re unable to match your car you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping cheapest for me seemed to be through usps which was $215.
