Useless for making an appointment

As a foreigner who don't speak much of German, I thought their service was very convenient for making an appointment for the regular checkup (HU). And on one hand it was actually convenient for finding a garage nearby.
But on the other hand it turned out to be completely useless when it comes to making an appointment.
Although I got a confirmation email from them (it even had a price on it!), the guys at the garage didn't even know about this service and they said they never make an appointment online.
