I strongly advise not to buy a second hand car from this firm.They did not provide a PDI .Despite their knowledge that l would be driving 120 miles home l discovered the next day the car was unroadworthy.Faults-
Front tyres cracked .
All tyres seriously under inflated.
Window washers not working.
Fuel gauge not working.
Rear window wiper not working.
Offside rear brake light not working.
Battery not secured and gass plugs not removed.
Strangely the car had been MOT by A-Z MOT Centre Slough immediately before l purchased it!
The director Tom Berry initially accepted responsibility and promised to recompense me if l had these faults rectified.
Just a week later he denied any responsibility.
This matter is now in the hands of Trading Standard.
I strongly recommend that any prospective purchaser avoids them!

So I have purchased quite a few bits on Black Friday for my Focus ST mk2 2006, and I must say their customer service is definitely worth 5 stars and especially a big thanks to Ryan. When I received the shipment one part was missing, but after talking to customer service they shipped out the missing part immediately. Since I am from Denmark I had to pay DHL for the import fee and VAT once again, but after contacting them again regarding this, Ryan immediately refunded me the amount paid for this.

The only reason I cannot quite give 5 stars is that it honestly was a bit of a pain to fit, it didnt seem like it was a straight fit and had to bend the bracket on the pipe a bit etc. and is not quite sitting as I had hoped, but its on there now and I guess you should always count on a bit of modifying with aftermarket parts.

Shockingly bad products - ordered a Top Induction Pipe and silicon hose kit which according to the website is a simple swap - turns out it isn't after 2 hours garage labour at £140 called Airtec support and they offered a longer silicon pipe for the turbo to the induction pipe

- waited a week for new pipe then had it fitted again this time the silicon pipe was rubbing the top of the engine and the air filter section was at the completely wrong angle to even fit

- spoke to Airtec and they said it needed to be modified??? even though the website and an email before buying confirmed that this was a like for like swap -

gave up at this point and spoke to Airtec again and said i'm returned it due to it's bad quality which cost me £15 to return and then Airtec not refunding me the £12.95 outbound shipping even though i'm down £210 in labour charges and £28 in shipping

This product was awful and the aftersale customer service was also abismal
