I've just had my 1st shopping experience at this car parts site, with its registered office in Stuttgart. it is also present in ebay with the name autoteileservice24-de. It was not a positive experience. One week after ordened (order Nr. 101262) and payed 59.65 euros with bank transfer, I received an incomplete invoice of € 35.89 per email. I replied asking to correct the invoice enclosing a copy of the order and of the bank transfer. A few days later I received the package without some items. They did not send me 4 spark plugs NGK 3623 and 4 spark plugs BOSCH 0242235556. I've soon sent them a complaint, asking to send the missing pieces. if they do not provide, I will lodge a complaint with the German authorities for fraud and the issue of an invoice that does not correspond to the amount collected.
