I have been shopping online for the most professional transportation company out there until I came across Direct Express Auto Transport, rite from the beginning they were very professional with their communication as well as being very competitive with pricing, my vehicle was shipped form NY to CA. The pick-up date was accurate as well as the delivery date. Nevertheless the car arrived the same way I dropped it (in great shape) not one scratch, I highly recommend using this company and I will be for sure using them again as well as sharing the good word with all the friends and family.

Do not expect any communications after your vehicle is picked up. Be patient as it may have been #1 not #8 it will arrive. My only issue is that I did not get any heads up to the arrival so it was lucky I was there. I guess he would have just waited.

Ive used Direct Express a few times, they are ALWAYS on the money, no issues. This time one wouldnt start before pickup, for a very fair price, driver worked hard and creatively to get the vehicle loaded and unloaded in a no-start condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! I had a very positive experience with Direct Express Auto Transport from start to finish. I was hesitant about choosing a transport company to ship my car and was wary of being overcharged for the service. However, a friend had recommended Direct Express to me and I found them to be highly professional, reliable, and friendly. Their prices are fair and I did not feel like they were pushing me to upgrade for an expedited service that I personally did not need. Dina patiently explained the process and answered all of my questions over the phone, and I appreciated the email communication letting me know the status of the shipment. My car arrived safely and in the same condition as it was picked up— it even got to me a day earlier than estimated. Definitely recommend Direct Express!

I got my vehicle in the same condition I dropped off with any damage or scratches. I highly recommend this service for transportation. Furthermore, the customer service representative Jessie, and she was very helpful for providing required information.

I received help quickly and all of my questions were answered in detail. The only problem I had was thinking I did not receive a confirmation email, but I later realized it was sent to my spam folder. Other than that, the process was quick and effortless.

I shipped my car through direct express and my car is picked up in a single enclosed carrier which I didn’t expect and it is picked up on a next business day I booked and delivered to my destination even before the time it was promised to me. Thanks to Jessie (my customer service representative).
