Never trust these guys

Never trust these guys. I sent an ABS pump for repairs, and they had it for more than a month. They told me my unit wasn't at fault or they weren't able to find any fault with it and offered me a donor unit, which I accepted. When I fitted the unit, the car didn't recognize it, so I sent it back and asked for the original unit back and a refund. When I fitted the old unit, it was worse than before. I only had rear speed sensor voltage supply incorrect before; now this vehicle won't even drive properly due to ABS issues. I paid them the sum of 270 pounds, and they returned 200 pounds.

Awesome Service

Very quick to respond to my query, updates at every stage, reasonable prices and the collection/delivery notifications were helpful.
Focus ABS module repaired with 2 year warranty, what's not to like?
I would highly recommend their services.

Sent a dash cluster for test only but…

Sent a dash cluster for test only but had to pay for a repair up front ? Posted it I paid carriage , it was returned repaired ? But fault was still there in fact it was worse so I returned it I paid carriage again , it was returned and was no better once again ! I called ,managed to speak to an engineer who told me they couldn’t do anything more with it and would refund me . I had to chase accounts for a refund but it was deducted the £12 carriage back to me ? All in all , Three weeks wasted time , my labour and travel costs un chargeable , three lots of postage charges and a dash cluster worse than it was before I sent it .
And A very unhappy customer !
Poor communication and rubbish service on this occasion!

What a fantastic experience

What a fantastic experience. Sent off Volvo airbag SRS Module for repair. Paid £240 including the courier both ways. Received acknowledgement of the goods next day and also started work on the item. Later that day had confirmation it was repaired and was awaiting return to me via next day delivery.
I fitted the module and removed all errors and bingo, all working and no faults or air bag light on the dash. Even the seat belt warning beeper now works.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I needed my cluster fixed and found Autotronice online. From collection to return, the whole process was excellent. Progress notifications were sent throughout the process, which was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Very professional.

Five star definitely but there was a misstatement having advertised 3 day turn around it took nearly two
Weeks.Having said that it was a gold star performance.Having worked a the warranty manager for a big Marque, am impressed and will certainly recommend this company.

Great service

Was recommended autotronics by a mechanic friend after the dash failed, sent it off, got a message when they received it, when the engineer had started work and when it was being sent back, all very quickly too! Definitely recommend

Really good communications

Really good communications, rapid service and totally trouble free service. Refurbished ABS unit worked with absolutely no problems.

Took my lighting control module in

Took my lighting control module in, they explained it wasn’t something they could do but would have a look inside for any obvious damage. Rang me the next day and said there were signs of water ingress and advised me how to get a replacement. Upon collection there was no charge, thanks very much

Different Level Customer Service

From Start to finish the team at Autotronics were amazing. They genuinely (i felt) went above and beyond for me. At First I thought my parcel had got lost in the post after Royal Mail failed to deliver "Next Day before 13:00" i spoke to the team who said they would look out for it. After 7 days the team reached out to say they had receievd a "Could not deliver" note from Royal Mail as apparently not enough postage was paid although they weighed it and processed the order for me.
Anyway, Autotronics kindly paid for the money outstanding while I was hoping it was my Amplifier for repair. + 2 further days I got a photo and message to say it was my Amplifier. The team kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Their level of customer service is missing from thousands of businesses across the UK.
Very appreciative of their efforts
