No customer service, no time fully booked

Auto Bassadone vanata is so booked all the time that they forget about customer service and customer needs. We had our car park3d in their yard for over two months. First they give appointment after 14 days just to check the car, after checking the car they didn't find the fault again 2 weeks time to check the car, still figuring out and again few weeks. Upon asking how much time have you booked, we have been informed we have booked 45 minutes for your van. I was like seriously. Van have been in your shop for over 1/5 month and you saying me. You booked 45 minutes. Ofcourse this 45 minutes would have not worked i knew it. Again few more weeks to wait. It was work car and it has been requested to do it fast.

Let's talk about money
We have been informed at first, it's electric charging issue, it will go under warranty. Since our van was taxi, we drive a lot and it was drive 30K more than warranty, we have been told yes its charging issue and batteries involved it will be repaired under warranty but after one and a half month. I have been informed its not going under warranty. Its obvious they delayed to get me.stuck and inform.in very last moment. We have been informed charges for repair are 2200 euro and booked the time again after a week to repair. Just a day before they had planned to fix it I got call from auto basanodr. "my colleague gives you a wrong numbers it's way too low" . We agreed on something close to 3000-3500. On the day of repair again got the called it's batteries we need to remove bla bla and price went upto 4800.
Car was in.workshop for around 2.5 months by now. We got the car and 2nd day transition control error error appear. Took the car back to workshop again 3 days to check the car and after three days we were given more then two weeks to repair the van. I am sure this problem appear during their repair, it might be they have been putting quite a load on car or something but they never accepted it. The new repair cost was given again 550 euro + 180 for diagnosis. I decided to took away the van to other workshop recommended by one of my friend. They fix the car next day and guess what the price was 340. It wasn't small workshop in the corner. The workshop fix it was very famous and is a big brand.

@peogeot really needs to have more official workshops here in Finland. Now only lansiauto and autobasnode are charging what ever they want and can give the kind of service what ever they want.

My friends hyundai had same charging problem and they got it repaired for free even out of warranty.so I assume, if they would have pushed the peogeot. This would have been repaired under warranty.
