Extremely happy about my rental in Salerno. Half the price of other car rental companies around and 100% protection on the car. Orlando was very efficient and professional. I also lost my phone in the car and was able to retrieve it the day after my rental showing great honesty. car was in great condition too. 10/10 recommend

Avoid at all cost !
We rented a car in Salerno Autovia back in July 2023. Ten months later they sent us an email with a bill attached for some damage that we apparently caused underneath the car. We sent an email straight back on the same day disputing this. We heard nothing for 4 months and then last week they emailed us the same bill with no email joined to it. The following day they took 230 euros out of my account without permission. Totally outrageous and unprofessional!

I have found the hiring process easy and smooth I have hired a car in Ciampino and left in salerno.the same at the end of the holiday: picked up the car in Salerno and left in Ciampino. Friendly and professional staff. Really helpful. My car was an Arona metan gas. I was given the App to find the station to refuel. I am very happy and I will use autovia again. It is a pity that for the metan gas you have to do the full tank but you are not refunded or even granted a voucher for the gas you don't use. Half tank was full. Around 15 Euro gifted in gas to autovia ( both ways).
