I purchased LED headlights a few months ago, and was quite pleased with price and product. A fairly easy instal and a nice bright white glow on the road. As my luck would have it, i had to purchase a new vehicle and the first thing I did was purchase Auxbeam GXs for the new ride..9012 bulb size..got those and just could not get them installed..i realized the previous owner changed headlight assemblies which used 9005 bulbs. I consulted with Auxbeam Dorothy and we came to a very reasonable solution,even though Auxbeam sent the correct size as per specs for my vehicle..Ultimately the instal took less than 10 minutes. I am very pleased with the lights and highly impressed with the customer service dept

I’ve been using auxbeam for years now, so many different vehicles, lots and lots of different lights, and they never cease to amaze me. I’ve only had a couple minor issues out of all the lights I’ve ordered, and they make it right every single time. Will forever be a customer here with them!

I bought a pair of aux lights and one of them was defective. Only partial illumination. After a couple of quick pictures and 2 emails to customer service Auxbeam sent me a new pair no questions asked. That kind of customer service will bring me back.
