Excellent product at a great price the FiiO dm13bt is an amazing product that has fantastic sound and is versatile can be used as a portable or connect to your hifi . It’s given me back all the fun and joy that you can only get with having a physical collection of cds also using the balance input with some quality headphones makes it unrivalled at this price highly recommended. Product is great, cant complain but when it arrived the outer box was open and seemed bashed, may be down to the carrier, but not sure

I ordered a set of speaker cables. There was a small delay with the shipping, but I received an email explaining the situation, which I really appreciated. The product arrived well‑packed, and the cables were cut to the exact lengths I requested and properly finished. Everything looks neat and high‑quality. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent cartridge, quick delivery

Easy to use site, good value prices and plenty of description about the product and pictures. Felt really comfortable to purchase from them. As for updates and delivery comms it was superb they arrived 2 days later as promised for a rediculous £1.50 such good value. I wish all shopping sites were as easy and quick with delivery.

Item was delivered within 3 days and very happy with my purchase.

My order was out of stock with the estimated arrival was for the end of the week. AV contacted me later to inform me that there was a delay and offered to supply a different colour item, which I accepted. The new item arrived the very next day and is much more than I expected. I would recommend AV to anyone that wants anything that AV supply.
