Do not buy from this company! False advertising! The dress on their website that I ordered was not the dress that arrived around 3 weeks later. Different material, far too big, cheap and a rip off. Didn't reply to my emails and no way to return or get my money back. Absolute scam!

Ordered a dress however I want to return it. I’ve been emailing the company and still waiting for an answer. I’ve emailed them four times. Very disappointed

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. I ordered two dresses from here, both took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, they are very poor quality and look nothing like the pictures on the website. I have emailed for a return and refund but they are only offering me an exchange and have now just stopped replying all together. Their refund policy states nothing on sale can be returned… their entire website is always on sale. Like I said DO NOT USE.

Cannot even give one star truthfully avoid this company - 6 emails!! No response trainers delivered but not fit for purpose!!! Cannot even get my foot in the opening - will not respond to any form of communication!!

The customer service is not good
I have two dresses to send back within 14 days of receipt (July 24) and they are not responding to my emails.
The dresses are as good as the photo and not bad quality but dont suit me so I am asking for a refund if I get a response I will happily leave a more positive review but in the meantime
I would advise against using this company

First of all ‘Ava London’ is misleading - they are based in Beijing! Then 5 weeks to arrive and no replies to follow up emails… when dress arrived it was washed out faded in colour - unlike the vibrant colours in the photo, the flimsiest material - completely see-through, not true to size - far too small and poorly made with threads hanging off zip… very very poor

I contacted them straight away to stop the payment going through when I realised there are NOT LONDON based so this is misrepresentation
I have sent over 10 emails I have an email chain I told the to stop the order after 2 minutes of ordering the dresses to get an email back to say shipment has been dispatched !!!

I paid nearly £40 for a long dress which was fully lined and had bead detail on the front. However, when the dress arrived, it was not lined, the fabric was completely different with a cheap zip sewn in. The beads had been replaced with stuck on diamantés that don’t run the whole length of the front as in the picture. Absolute rubbish! As others have said, getting refund information is impossible. Stick to SHEIN and Temu. These companies are good.

Same as others. Waited 3 weeks for delivery then item was cheap, badly made with faulty zip. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a dress said from London came from China asked for refund as dress nothing like what was advertised - stated i needed to pAy return costs to china which were same prices as dress emails back and forth absolute scam of a company do not touch with a barbells - quality is awful and will avoid refunding you at all costs

Avoid- I brought a dress from here it didn’t fit. There is no returns information it just states to email if you wish to return and they will send you the information. This is not the case. No one responds to any emails. So it is impossible to return items

I recently ordered a suit from Ava London, and while previous reviews seemed positive, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I placed the order for a suit on 14 June, and payment was promptly taken. However, since then, there has been no update regarding shipping, and I have tracked the order on their website, it shows order received with no further actions! Despite sending two emails requesting an update, I haven’t received any response or even confirmation of receipt. As a result, I’m currently an unhappy customer. I hope that once I receive the suits which byway are my wedding suits, I’ll be able to provide a more positive review.

NOT quite sure if this is a scam looking at previous reviews it all seems positive however I placed an order on 26/7 & payment was taken almost straight away BUT no update since 27/6 to advise waiting for shipping but no tracking number to track
Sent two emails for an update with no response not even confirmation of receipt!!!
So not a happy customer at the moment hopefully IF goods are received I will be able to give a positive review ?????

Place an order for matching pants and shoes.
I have to admit I'm quite happy with these. Although it took a while to arrive I still suggest it.
