Very poor customer service and product was never delivered, ref #AVASYD3643, ordered on 7 Oct 2024. I received only one response from info@ despite my numerous follow ups. On 23 Dec 2024, I emailed the marketing company they used and still have not heard back from them - marketing@ I lodged a complaint via Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) website and I encouraged consumers who are in the same boat as me to do the same so that the severity of the issue is raised.

I second the scam alert! I ordered this in late September hoping to wear the dress for a formal at the end of October. Thus far - 2.12. there has been NO MOVEMENT of the package. I reached out to info@ and received one response. A load of cow manure, if you ask me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! Do not buy from them. You will NOT get your item. They may appear legit but they are scammers. Stay away from them.

I cannot believe I have been scammed!
Put an order in 27/09/2024, they apologised for the delay but said it would be processed in 5-7 days.
That was 2 months ago! Despite numerous emails to them - no response! I want my money back!
I have lost $549.65 and now submitted a complaint with Dept of Consumer Affairs.

Jesus where do you start with this scam? Ordered in early September, followed up in October to ask where order fulfilment is....was told the items were still overseas due to unprecedented orders. Now in late November, emails aren't answered and order is sitting in China. Total scam, I have lodged a complaint with the Dpt of Fair Trading, I suggest everyone else does too. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SCAM.

Poor quality, shocking customer service and you can't return for a credit even though there site says you can!
They just ignore your messages.

After purchased for more than one month, there is no updates on delivery. When I asked for a refund, they could not action. Please never buy from Ava Sydney. It is a scam.

SCAM! Poses as an Australian company but item comes from China. Looks absolutely nothing like item.. cheap fabric, poor workmenship - seams showing - slit is even off centre.. colours of fabric blurring into each other! i have emailed them for a refund - let's see if they even respond.

Dress was way too small and very poor quality. I’ve tried to get information on how I can return it and get a refund and they keep fobbing me off or not responding.
