Friendly staff
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, ordered from Avagrow several times with no problems. And one of the only places in the UK that do square cloches, that fit nicely over 11 cm square pots.

Very Good service
The service was very good, except that part of the order for Hotbox Sulfume was missing - the all important sulphur. This was sorted out by Customer Services straight away, and the missing sulphur arrived a few days later. Thank you!
