I'm in love with the products, the store is amazing, it's really worth it.

I ordered 3 items. The two I received are of TERRIBLE quality. The third item has never shipped. The "contact support" email doesn't even work.

Stay clear. This place is either a scam or terribly managed, or both.

Absolutely scam. Ordered back in September, still haven't received anything or even detailed shipping information. Have emailed several times and have had no response

Absolute scam, ordered goods, was provided with a tracking number. Tracking number does not exist, and now its Facebook/instagram sites no longer work. Have reported the issue to Paypal for a refund. No replies to emails either. DO NOT ORDER

Placed an order 3 months ago and still haven't received it. Gave the benefit of the doubt for postage as I am in Australia.

Been trying to contact this week and the email address doesn't exist.

This is absolutely a scam website, ratings for this site are definitely fabricated. Had to dispute my order with PayPal to receive my money back. Seller does not reply or answer the phone. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Placed an order back in early September, got an order confirmation then nothing. No responses to any of my inquiries and now three months later the order doesn’t exist.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SCAM.

Scam for sure. I thought the website looked put together enough so I spent money on 2 sets of lingerie that never arrived. I have emailed multiple times, and never got a response to date.

SCAM!! Received half of my items after two months, none of which fit. But can't get ahold of anyone after reaching out multiple times to both return everything I wasted my money on OR get the second half of my order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

SCAM! This is literally shein clothing being shipped after 2 months of purchase with a 2 day shipping claim. Don't do it. Ordered a set I saw after I saw it on fb. Had a sale and the set ended up being about $70. Waited a week. Nothing. A month. Nothing. Emailed for updates. Nothing. Then they sent shipping tracking email saying it was coming from China. 🚩 considering it claimed it ships from California on their website. Then a month later still nothing. And finally one item arrived in a shein package. Utterly stupid

SCAM! Never received item, said 'in transit'. they never answered emails, facebook messages or the phone.
COMPLETE SCAM to not waste your money!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT USE. Super sketchy behavior; never responded to my emails, calls, Instagram messages, or website chats about returning the god awful items they sent me, and since they have deleted their Instagram, removed the chat from their website, and changed the emails listed on their website.

SCAM. Ordered and, like others, the order is marked as shipped and parcel is never updated as given to shipping company. I reached out 3 separate times without response. IG seems to be deleted, same with Facebook page.

This is ABSOLUTELY a scam. I ordered my item on August 26 and never received it. I tried contacting them twice and have never heard back. I’m extremely disappointed. The item I ordered was supposed to be my birthday gift to myself, which rubs a little extra salt in the wound.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I waited over a month for my parcel but didn't ever receive it. I also had no communication from Avalia and was given a fake email address to contact them with. I escalated the issue to Paypal and received a refund through that. Do NOT buy from this company.

As others have said, the positive reviews are clearly fake. The company ships from China and my order has sat in "shipping information received" (aka the shipping company has not received the item) for two months. Opened a PayPal dispute and Avalia offered me a whopping 20% off coupon and tried to blame the shipping company, so I escalated the dispute with PayPal. Usual overseas drop-shipping scam company.

Scam! Do not use! They are happy to take your money but never supply just as the other reviews have said. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase from them. No responses to emails or online chat. Disputed through PayPal and incredibly tracking numbers supplied and item delivered! To a place in the US, I’m in Australia. Thankfully PayPal refunded. I suspect the ‘positive’ reviews are fake as the ones I checked out are all reviewing the same websites. Wish the scam reviews were listed before I purchased, would have saved me so much time!
