This is the worst credit card company. I told them that I have a permanent disability and the agent said let me see what I can do to help u. I was put on hold and all of a sudden the phone was silenced and then hung up

It was unbelievable the poor customer…
It was unbelievable the poor customer service and an unwillingness of the agent to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I had to insist and she stated they were busy and would call me back. If this is how Avant believes they provide superior quality service compared to their competitors then they are failing. I will not be using this lender ever again and Karlyn was not helpful. Highly disappointed

Avant has helped me more than once. The first time I got a loan to help with moving and this second time for debt consolidation. They are so easy to use and auto payments get set up when you apply which makes it all so much better

Got the Avant CC with no fees
Got the Avant CC with no fees. Then after a year they start charging me a 8.99 fee a month. Rip off. Never been late. Always pay early. That’s how they treat loyal customers. They want to load you up with additional fees and they don't care if they lose a few customers over this con.
