This is a scam company

This is a scam company. They don't have a phone number, only an email address. I ordered 300 boxes of toilet paper, and they haven't replied to my emails for months. If you see this review, please don't choose this company. I have already reported them.

Good quality junction box complete with 10 gland fittings, a connector block and even a small screwdriver which was a nice surprise. Also delivered quickly by Royal Mail

Great seller

Great seller! Speedy delievery! Nice white board markers

Ordered 2 cables via Ebay, one was faulty, so started a return, then closed it as decided to return both instead, but couldn't then raise a return for both. Had to get Ebay to step in who refunded directly, but seller never responded to my query.

We are always happy to resolve any problems with faulty items or returns when customers contact us directly. Had we been aware of the issue, we would have been more than willing to help arrange the return or replacement.

As eBay stepped in and issued the refund directly, the case was closed through their system. However, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
