I ordered a pack of 10 non-slip coathangers (listed as flocked coathangers). They're slightly shorter in length than some, which is what I want as I'm petite, and many almost stretch the shoulders of my clothes.

The item I ordered was subsequently listed as out of stock. I was proposed a alternate size, which i agreed as a solution, but Instead a wrong replacement item was sent without my consent. The substitute product is not the item I ordered and appears to have been selected on the assumption that it would be compatible, a decision that should not have been made on my behalf.

To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone to resolve the issue. Did not have a pleasant experience as a first time customer.
