My original choice of flowers was unavailable. They were substituted with a beautiful upgrade. This was the first time my order made it on time and to the correct address. My experience was wonderful and I will be ordering from Ava’s again. Many thanks.

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I have been sending flowers for years and never encountered an issue until I started doing business with this company for the first time I purchased beautiful flowers to be delivered on the same day. They promised me that these flowers would be delivered the same day and waited till the end of the day and said that they would not be able to deliver the flowers until the next day. That's not what I requested. The customer service is garbage. I spoke to three people before I can cancel my order and now I have to wait for a credit and God knows how long it will take for that to take place. If you ever think about ordering flowers from this company, think twice move on and go to another flower company. You will be disappointed. I promise you

SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY HERE

HORRIBLE
They did not let me know the large size bouquet I ordered for $75 was out of stock. I was then delivered 10 crappy-half dead roses that weren’t even cut to fit in the vase. They were too long so they hung out. How is that $75 equivalent? The real kicker, they will only refund half the price of the bouquet, not including the total price of shipping. Do not use this business.

Going to go take the flowers back from recipient!!!

I ordered a plant for a sick friend at 9:30 AM with same-day delivery. At 3:58 PM, the company emailed me to say the order would NOT be delivered that day and provided a link to cancel the order online. Since the gift was time-sensitive, I followed their instructions and canceled the order through the website.
The next day, the plant was delivered anyway.
When I called customer service to request a refund, the representative told me that online cancellations aren't allowed—even though the company itself emailed me a cancellation link and allowed me to cancel through its website. He then told me that if they issued a full refund, they would have to go to my sick friend's house and take the plant back.
As if the conversation weren't surreal enough, there was a rooster crowing loudly in the background throughout the call.
So, to summarize: the company failed to make the promised delivery, instructed me to cancel, accepted the cancellation, delivered the order anyway, denied that the cancellation was valid, and suggested retrieving a gift from a sick recipient's home to avoid providing a refund.
This was one of the most bizarre and unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with Avas Flowers.
The main reason I chose this service was the guaranteed delivery date, as the flowers were intended for a birthday. Unfortunately, the delivery was not made on the requested day, and I was never informed in advance that there could be a delay before I completed my purchase.
What I find most disappointing is not only the failure to meet the promised delivery date, but also the lack of accountability afterward. I did not receive any compensation, refund, or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
When customers order flowers for a special occasion, timing is often just as important as the product itself. In this case, the commitment was not respected, and the customer service response was far from satisfactory.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to its lack of professionalism and poor communication. I would advise looking elsewhere and not using their services.

If I could give Ava's flowers a zero…

If I could give Ava's flowers a zero star rating, I would. I ordered flowers for my sister who's husband passed away. My order was placed early Monday morning. I chose this company because every boquet said SAME DAY DELIVERY. I received an email on Monday afternoon that said, "Sorry, this can't be delivered until Tuesday". Then on Tuesday morning I got an email that said, "Sorry we are out of the boquet you chose, please choose a new arrangement AND THE EARLIEST we can deliver is WEDNESDAY" MY SISTER IS GRIEVEING ACROSS THE COUNTRY!! I wanted to show her love via flowers that you promised would be delivered SAME DAY. This company is full of unmet promises, lies and deception. DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEW AS WELL... I SHOULD HAVE!!!

This was the worst customer service…

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received and the worst product I’ve ever received. The flowers came 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered and they were dead and the chocolate I ordered with them were melted. Don’t even bother trying to reach out to customer service because you’ll never get in contact with anyone. Horrible experience I don’t recommend.

Delivery issues

Portrayed as a local business, but they are not. Ordered on a Friday for a Monday delivery for my daughter's birthday. I wanted to surprise her at work. Delivery was to her office. Flowers were marked delivered after business hours. No flowers were delivered.
Security contacted my daughter at her home at 6pm to notify her of a delivery.
Do better.
Will not use this company again.

This company is a total rip off. Customer service non existent.

Ordered a large bouquet of mostly roses and received a medium bouquet of mostly lilies. In addition to the flowers not being what was represented, the balloon and greeting card I paid for were missing. I have been on the phone for two hours trying to reach customer service, and it appears they're having "technical difficulties". I paid over $120 for flowers that I could have bought from the grocery store for a fraction of the price. UNACCEPTABLE.

One of the worst experiences in…

One of the worst experiences in communication with an on line company I have ever had. The upgrade I paid for never happened along with the missing stuffed animal. My bill was well over $100 for a bouquet I could have payed $15 for in a store. The website gives you the run around so you never actually get anywhere. Never again

Would not use again

The flowers were ridiculously late and I’m not sure worth the value of what I paid and the additional stress of coming weeks after I placed the order. I would not use Ava’s flowers again.
