Do not give this company any of your money as it's a total con. Got sucked into signing up for 5 weeks holidays. All holels you then get choice of we have found out are out of the way , 2 star dumps. Can't book as web page contact never works , email address gets bounced back so only option to speak to anyone is to phone office in Tenerife!!!!!!! Absolute joke

Been on quite a few lovely days trips with Ava Travel. Drivers always friendly and helpful. Would recommend

We had a wonderful weekend in London. The carol concert was amazing. Chris the driver was brilliant he went out of his to make everything perfect. Having been on 3 trips with Ava travel as always it was excellent looking forward to many more. Thanks to all

Just returned from Nestlé Amongst The Glaciers Trip and must commend our coach driver, Jimmy.
He was amazing and is an asset to Ava Travel.
The drive was long and at times not easy, lots of climbs and some nasty bends. Everyone on the coach felt safe, thanks to Jimmy's calm expertise at handling these challenges especially the only access road to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the coach was not comfortable, not enough leg room, no footrests, not suitable for such a long journey.
The excursions were enjoyable but the details and timings need to be reviewed. There was a lot of hanging around and time wasted.
Maybe a good idea for Ava to research other hotels for this trip. The Hotel Central Residence is in a beautiful location but the only access road does not make easy driving.
The hotel was very busy and understaffed especially in the restaurant which was chaos, no matter what time you tried to eat.
I will be reviewing the hotel separately.
To sum it up,I will definitely be using Ava in the future but hand on heart would not recommend this trip as it stands now.

My niece and I went on the Bakewell Christmas Market trip on Saturday 18 November 2023.
We had a lovely day out
Our Coach Driver Gary was very polite and helpful and a Cheerful Chappy and the weather was kind to us too.

I am writing this revue because on reading the first review on this page it would put anyone off ever going on a coach holiday with Ava again.
I have just returned after having one of the best holidays ever. I was picked up from my door by a very obliging coach driver, the hotel was first class, the tours perfect and I was delivered back to my home by another perfect gentleman
The breakfast at the hotel was everything you could wish for . If I could criticise it would be that the evening meal was a little basic but the attentive staff made up for that. Irene Rutter

SHOULD BE MINUS 5 STARS. .We went on Cambridge Charm Coach holiday on 29th May. Worst Coach holiday ever. Driver OK despite many people complaining to him which he appeared to agree with, stating that that AVA would not use this hotel again!
Excursions badly planned and supposedly 4* hotel, The Cambridge Belfry, whose food was dreadful due to lack of staffing. Most of the time the food was cold and mediocre with very little choice. We have complained several times but have been ignored
This goes to show their ignorance of the ethics of business !!

Great hotel, good rooms and lovely food.
The coach was very comfortable and Chris the driver an excellent driver, very friendly and helpful.
The excursions were also good
My third holiday with Ava and another great experience

We went to York last weekend on a day trip with friends.went well until returning to bus for return journey where people took our seats,threw away our magazines and were adamant they were not moving. The driver told us to find another seat. Not a very nice man to put it bluntly.will not be going again

It was good experience. We had nice time In havelock island. Scuba diving and mangrove boat drive.

Trip to Cambodia
Special thanks to Vikas who coordinated completely through out the tour whenever and wherever we stuck with any sort of questions. There were lot many questions and rearranging the packages in most customizable way that suits for our budget. These People were really too patience in doing all the stuffs and clearing all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and it’s fabulous arrangements.. keep up the good customer service as always. More thanks to AVA vacations 🙂

Our recent dubai tour thru AVA was truly fantastic and memorable . Thanks to Team AVA and specially MR Amit for perfect planning and very well execution of the tour . Nice hotel and very good food at different restaurant on all days to avoid monotony . Once again thanks to teamAVA and Amit for wonderful and memorable tour. This was our 2nd tour with AVA after Singapore tour last year , during Singapore tour they fulfilled what they promised . Good job AVA keep it up!!
