The delivery driver left nearly two grand of equipment on my front door step on Saturday despite my saying I would be away for the weekend and arranging for the delivery to be on Monday.

Made an order, got a confirmation that it was building the next day. After they finished my order within 5 working days. Pc arrived in great packaging and runs perfectly. They also answered any questions i had after my pc arrived. Overall great company, would buy again if i ever needed another a pc.

The PC i ordered is OK but not great. The way the GPU has been positioned is terrible, they've put it in way that if i want to add more fans on the top side of the case i have relocate the whole GPU and if i move the GPU i have to change the position of the cables. And speaking of cables the way the cables are managed is terrible. So many zip ties its ridiculous, it needs only on 3-4 places and they've put like on 10 and in order to add an additional fan on the front panel you have to trace the cables from the main fan which is mission impossible. Overall is OK, but if i consider building a PC I'll be looking elsewhere.

This is maybe my sixth miner from Avaxos. They provide an excellent service and I am always happy with the product.

Customer service has always been very good, during my most recent purchase especially so. It is easy and quick to reach a helpful human. The build is great, very neat. I can recommend Avaxos without reservation.

8 days from placing the order to delivery on a custom spec machine, my 3rd computer from avaxos, only down side is we don't need the logo everywhere from the fans to the front of the case to the boot screen.

PC delivery was delayed but thankfully arrived prior to Christmas Eve. All Fans are working perfectly and no detrimental crashes as of now (2 weeks after purchase). The case had a minor dent, but was simple and easy to pull out.

Fantastic product, built to perfection & works like a dream, however, the failure of delivery and lack of care displayed by UPS and your meagre response via email left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely room for improvement given the cost of the products you sell. The box even came open, the tape was slashed at the top, luckily your packaging ensure nothing was damaged. Still very poor, I expect better.

I engaged Avaxos in order to buy a gaming PC for a family Christmas present. They were very helpful on the phone in preparing a suitable specification and gave me time to study it. It was a nice touch how I was updated on how the builds was going after I had placed the order. They also kept me updated on the delivery details and got it to me in time for Christmas as promised. It is a lovely PC and is working very nicely. Thanks!

Despite set back in the building phase, I've pushed it to 5 stars because of the well executed customer service. Problems were fixed relatively quickly and my build was pushed through on a fast track to make sure it arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy overall.

This is my 4th laptop from Avaxos and the only one I have had problems with! The laptop was ordered with 2 x 500GB hard drives and no operating system. The first hard drive worked without problems but the 2nd one did not. There was about 50 GB of files on it. The files were password protected, so I was not able to remove them. I could not format the drive to remove the files. The drive is wirking, or 450GB of it is, the team at Avaxos were helpful but were not able to rectify the problem.

The custom build process is straightforward and intuitive. Good communication and updates during assembly and shipping. Everything worked perfectly ot of the box.

This is the third Antminer that I have bought from Avaxos. I ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered the following Saturday.

Spec was agreed on in 10 mins, emails back and forth whilst I was on phone. Quote received and order placed. Delivery spot on.
It was always professional and even when I had a query after goods had been delivered (post 2 weeks) it was sorted out immediately via quick assist.

Great service, PC assembled and arrived promptly. On top of that Avaxos provided a lot of useful information about how to set up the PC. If need be, would buy another PC from them.

Bought some antminer parts and it said shipped all of the items and once I got one of the product they added a new tracking number for the others that will come another week later. Very misleading, if I knew they were going to pull something like that, I would have of just purchased at Amazon and get it the same week with prime.

I'm pleased with the Miner S19 XP that I bought from Avaxos itself, but their website is incredibly slow and laggy. Additionally, the packaging arrived damaged which was a bit of nuisance. Despite this, company has been quick to respond to my inquiries and offer solutions to the problems I encountered. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase - just wished their website was a little bit faster and better packaged!

Great experience buying new PC for my son. We spent some time to configure it, but the website was intuitive and guided us to build it correctly and from compatible components. After that we received nice package with all the manuals etc. Great experience!

Very easy website to enable personalised PC. This machine was an all-in one PC which needed a bigger than standard hard drive which was fitted and everything worked perfectly out of the box. The whole process from order to delivery was less then a week, excellent service!
