Great service - these guys have great customer service and communications. I do have a concern that the prices of personal hire is going up and that is reflected in the price I paid for my car. It is likely that is an industry standard issue now, and that may influence my decision to go with personal hire again. If I decide to however, these guys will be at the top of the list of people to engage with.

I was especially impressed on how they dealt with the transfer of my private number plate and how they kept me mobile ( via Mercedes ) when my car was delayed at the factory
