As someone deeply involved in the longevity and biohacking space, I appreciate Avea’s clean branding and high-quality product selection. The customer journey is visually seamless. However, during my recent audit of their post-purchase experience, I noticed a few areas for improvement:
Precision in Communication: The survey contains grammatical errors (e.g., "Did you had any issue"), which can undermine the authority of a science-based brand. Precision should be everywhere—from the lab to the copy.
Survey Expectations: The survey is marketed as a "1-minute" task but spans over 18 questions, which can lead to survey fatigue.
Overall, Avea is a top-tier player in the market, but refining these small friction points will elevate them even further. Looking forward to seeing them grow!
