Like others I wish I'd read this review page before I ordered some boots. They sent the wrong size and refuse to fix the problem at their cost. Scam.

Aven London. This is a scam. Found them on Instagram and ordered a set of clothes which were all poorly made and the wrong size. I have had the same experience. Returned them to a Chinese address which cost me £70 and have heard nothing from them since. My emails are now returned to sender. Feel like a complete wally having been duped by what looked like quality goods. If they still exist don’t buy from them.

By the looks of their website they’ve closed. I doubt this. They’ll be operating under another scam business name.

I ordered a pair of boots and jacket. They took almost a month to be delivered then the quality was terrible. I asked for a refund they told me I would have to send it back to China out of my own pocket, or they could give me 20% back. I requested the 20% but this was over a month ago and haven't received a penny.

Terrible quality boots which I have returned to China at my own expense. Hoping for an eventual refund but not confident.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

They ship from China and send terrible quality (seriously laughably bad) products that are nothing like the photos. They then ask you to send back at your own expense to China. Or offer you a % discount as “a valued customer”. If you ship back you’ve just lost more money as you don’t get a refund. If you take the discount option they simply don’t pay and don’t respond. Absolute scammers complete don’t lose your money.

I did buy 2 jeans for me and one boot for my wife and they took almost 10 days then I did email them and asked and they said sorry:))and waited almost 10 days more and we recieved then dissapointed,very cheap quailty,I did emailed them for returning and they said ı have to pay return cost and they coming from china,and we did write eachother almost 3 weeks then they offered me to keep them and they will send me %30 and ı said ok but it has been almost 2 weeks and Im still waiting,they dont even respond me,
1-all staf coming from china(there is no information about this on the website)
2-there is no information about delivery days
3-they dont have phone numbers
4-they are proper lier
6-look like uk company but not,
So dont even buy anything from them

It’s a scam. Goods are fake. They even fraudulently designed an email as part of the Amex dispute process. These are not Dr Marten boots. Con. Avoid. Criminals.

Aven London is NOT a London clothing brand.. I have lost over £300s by stupidly ordering, what looked like amazing products. With the added con of stating they’re a ‘closing down London store’ I thought that explained the knockdown prices.
Normally I do check TP and other reviews, but this time didn’t (don’t ask why 🤦🏻‍♀️).
I didn’t receive the order for weeks and then asked them to cancel. After days and days they said it was shipped (but it wasn’t at the time I asked to cancel). Having eventually received awfully vacuum packed parcels from China, I asked for a return label or return details and a full refund. Till this day I have had no reply.
My partner had also ordered and experienced the same. It’s took weeks to get a reply and still no return details - only that we can refund you 20% and you can keep the stuff. Or you can return (still no address to return to) at your own cost to China.
So now the dilemma is that if we return the goods (which are awful and totally tiny), we may not receive a refund for months and months, or at all.
Please, please, please do not even visit this website, let alone buy from them. They are fraudsters!

I am more or less confirming the previous reviews absolutely shocking customer service , the quality of the products is horrendous and after asking for large sizes they are probably a small size .
Emails correspondence sent and when they decide to reply they state that they will refund a percentage of the cost ( (20%) stating we can keep the item ( that doesn’t fit !!! Totally appalling company
As mentioned by others you have to return to a factory in china at your own expense so so poor

Warning. This company does not operate in the U.K. and doesn’t offer refunds.

I bought two pairs of shoes from them that were the wrong size. I ordered a U.K. size but the delivered shoes whilst claiming to be the correct size were two sizes smaller. Their manufacturing standards are different to the U.K. Also the materials were not as advertised either, the leather isn’t £200 quality as advertised. It’s £20 at best. They initially waited a week to respond to me and then offered a 20% discount to keep the shoes to save sending them back to China which I refused because there’s no point keeping shoes that don’t fit. Since then it’s been over three weeks since last communication. I’m line with UK 2015 Consumer Rights my bank’s is now going to deal with it as I’m refusing payment.

Avoid this company. Don’t fall for their website/scam. They’re a cheap company that has no respect for UK consumer rights.

Absolutely misleading and disgraceful quality. Tried to return for a refund and ignored apart from asking me to explain in more detail why I wasn’t happy, so I did and nothing further. Customer returns have to go to China IF they approve the return, which they don’t respond to. Cancelled my bank card after being duped by this massively misleading website and raised a dispute with Barclays who have now refunded the money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

A scam company that represents to be from London but isn't from anywhere in UK and therefore not subject to law requirement to accept returns within 14 days for internet purchases. Their terms and conditions say that "sale" items are not returnable - but everything they sell is reduced! However, given their website promises guaranteed hassle free returns, anyone struggling to get a refund may have luck disputing the charge with their credit card company.

Oh how I wish I had read trust pilot before shopping! I brought 2 pairs of boots,only one pair arrived, the quality is quite frankly the worse I have ever seen, plastic uppers thin moulded rubber soles, trying to return them is impossible, the London phone number make out they are not the same company, I have now reported them to trading standards, I have lost £120.00, please please don't be the next victim

This is a scam company, I ordered leather boots, they were not leather, I asked for money back, they have offered 20% if I send the boots back and pay for postage.
Please do not use this company, they are not from London, they are based in china, typical substandard Chinese rubbish

Just to echo all of the other reviews…this is not a legitimate company. The boots I ordered bared absolutely no resemblance to the boots advertised. They were as cheaply made as possible and emitted the most repellent smell I have smelt in some time. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL END UP BEING DISAPPOINTED. However, they did refund me 30% of the cost of the boots. They gave me the choice of returning and paying the postage (to China) or taking the 30% refund. I was surprised by this! During this process of negotiation, communication was also surprisingly good.

Total scam. Chinese trash. AVOID
Clothes and shoes they sent were sweatshop garbage. Not honoring 14 days returns policy. Scumbags and scammers.
Boots not as advertised - one pair don’t even have laces. Sizing of clothes is all over the place and quality is total
garbage.
You will not get your money back. SCUM
