Bought shoes from abroad. received them, not the right fit. Able to return within 30 days, at your own cost. Used return label that was inside the box. Package came back to me. Contacted Avena, they said return label is only for within Germany (why then include this in box for international shipping). They gave me the address to ship to. I shipped out again. PostNL did not accept address, needed a street address. PostNL found street address, checked this on their site, it was correct. Shipped off again and refused a 3rd time due to unknown address. Avena does not react anymore, meanwhile 30 day return policy expired, I risk losing 145 euro.
Conclusion Worthless company and poorest customer service. Thiefs when you ask me. I highly recommend not buying from them if you are outside of Germany. Also recommend to contact consumer protection buro Europe for help.
