Omg I love this waterproof spot light so much! I put it on the front of my garage and it lights up the whole driveway at night. The warm white glow is perfect and it's help up through two rainstorms already with zero issues.

So I ordered a set of wall art pieces for my new condo back in July and one of the frames had a small scratch on the corner when it arrived. I wasn't even mad about it because things happen during shipping but I figured I'd reach out just to let them know. The person who responded was so kind and professional about it. They asked me to send a photo which I did and within a day they had already arranged to send me a replacement piece at no cost.

Love love love my new clock from Avenior Home! Looks beautiful on my wall and arrived faster than expected. Will be ordering more soon.

I came across this store while shopping online for my new apartment, and I was initially buying from multiples stores to get all the things I wanted, but this store had everything I needed. Navigating the website was super simple too, and I am so happy I was able to find this store!

I saw this store a few weeks ago, and I ended up ordering the cordless LED table lamp for my living room after going back and forth for about a week. When it arrived I was shocked at how well it was packaged. Everything was wrapped carefully and nothing was damaged. The lamp itself is stunning and looks way more expensive than what I paid and the light it gives off is perfect for reading at night. But what really stood out to me was when I had a question about the delivery timeline I emailed their support team and they got back to me within a few hours with a detailed update. That never happens with online stores in my experience. I also ordered a wall clock a couple weeks later and it arrived even faster. Both items are beautiful in my apartment and I always get compliments from people who visit.

I ordered $146 worth of merchandise including what was advertised as three crystal touch lamps and a small crystal globe lamp. They were not advertised to be real crystal, but what arrived were cheap plastic lamps and the globe was made of glass but dirty. One of the lamps was scratched and there were no instructions except for very small unreadable inserts. I previously emailed the company to cancel my order which was placed on June 20 because I found that they are not based in the U.S., but rather based in China and the delivery would take too long. They ignored this request and the order that was placed on June 20 was delivered today, July 3, 2026. The items were shipped incredibly in plastic mailers and not boxes. The boxes inside the mailers were crushed and and mangled. I have to compliment them on their website which advertises that they are based in the U.S., but their products and order fulfillment were deeply unsatisfying. I also read other reviews stating the difficulty and time required to complete returns and obtain refunds as well.

Ordered a modern style ceiling mount hallway light. When it arrived 3 weeks later, it was made of very cheap material and flimsy. I had already found a better option on Amazon that arrived in two days. Upon requesting a refund, I was offered a 15% refund to keep it. That is a red flag and I should have researched them more prior to purchasing. They have subsequently upped their offer to 25% which I countered with 75% and I'd donate the light to Habitat for Humanity. I'm not optimistic that will be acceptable.

update: They FINALLY responded to my email. To make a long story short, their guaranteed drain plugs do not fit in a standard sink drain in the US. They require me to pay the shipping cost back to them and then wait for a partial refund. Instead, they offer a $5 or 20 percent refund on $26 if I want to keep the items instead of having to ship them back. I told them just refund the $5. I'll update this when they decide to refund it. DO NOT TRUST This company

A return is certainly possible. However, please note that for compatibility or preference-related returns, return shipping costs would be the responsibility of the customer, and any refund would be processed after the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

This company claims to be based in the United States. They have a Calif. address, but the shipping was through YunExpress which is based in China.
The product I ordered was a drain plug which did not fit any standard drains in my home, and is obviously from China by the packaging.

I only ordered from them because they claim to be an American company. They lie outright.
