I am still waiting for my refund

I am still waiting for my refund. I purchased items in June. They were poor quality, cheaply made and sized wrong. The return process is horrible. You have to upload photos of the items you received then they send you a form to fill out for return with instructions telling you to ship to China. It cost 48.50 to ship back. Items arrived in Customs August 2nd(shipped July 6, via USPS) I have had to pursue them consistently thru email for any type of response. They finally responded to my email sent in late November disclosing that they would need to pay the customs fee for me and deduct that from my refund. I still as of January 1, 2026 have not received my refund. This is a total ripoff and scam.

They will send you junk and steal your money

This is a site where they show you beeuairful photos of shoes and clothes but when you order them, they arrive looking cheaper than Kmart and nothing like the photos. You request return and they offer to give you 25% of your money back. This a scam website from China. Beware

Copycats

i bought Orthopedic shoes from them - they are not orthopedic and very thin leather - IF at all leather.
I tried to return and offered me store credit I only had to pay for shipping and I could keep the shoes - I fell into it again, ordered a blouse to be on the safe side, and awful quality and design - they try and copy well-made clothing from a legit catalog. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy shoes from Avery and Quinn

Do not buy shoes from Avery and Quinn. The quality is horrible and the buckle is detached which I thought was broken. They sent a video of how to attach it. Who sends shoes like this. Don’t order because you will not get a refund if you want to return them. After numerous emails to their customer service to get advice on how to return the shoes, they wanted me to return them to China. Their website says they are in Charleston South Carolina. What a scam. Do not buy anything from this scam of a company.

Ripoff

Ripoff. Bought shoes that looked much nicer in the photo. They Advertise a return window and refund within 30 days but you have to ship everything back to China. They did offer a partial voucher credit but I'm not interested in more low quality items from this company.

Horrible

Horrible. Fraudulent claims (China, not Charleston), and they will not accept my return, even though I started it in time.

Scam Chinese company

If I could give zero I would. Their website shows they are from South Carolina. Sandals came with assembly needed. They will send you a video how to connect them. Never bought a “assembly required” shoe because they were afraid they would be damaged in shipment. Return policy says if damaged they will pay for shipment but they will not. PLUS they would be shipped back overseas, which would cost hundreds of dollars! Disputed my credit card and hope I am vindicated.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever! I ordered shoes after reading they will give a full refund if not satisfied. That is a complete lie! They will not give me a refund and want to charge me to return the item for only 30% refund. They also want me to pay international shipping rates even though the package came from New York. It is a bot that answered my emails and there is literally no customer service department! This company is a scam and the shoes were cheap and not well made. Stay away from Avery & Quinn! Worst company ever!!!!!
