This company lies and does not provide reimbursements for their yearly membership. For over a month they have stated to my credit company they are reimbursing, but no check or credit has been received. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!

They charged our credit card without proper notice and made it nearly impossible to cancel. After days of calling, dealing with dropped calls and dead-end customer service, we finally got through — only to be told it was "too late" for a refund.
Their rep, George Baques, refused to escalate the issue, claiming he was the supervisor.
Their entire system is built to block cancellations and keep your money.
Not surprising given their terrible ratings everywhere.
