Awful and lax customer service

Awful and lax customer service. I needed an order to be overnighted after I placed the order so I paid extra shipping cost (they sent me a separate shipping invoice) and assumed they will overnight it. I sent 6 emails since and haven't gotten anywhere yet. (Mind u its 3 buainess daya since i paid)They don't answer their calls either. They're here to charge an arm and a leg, take your money and then you can go fly a Kite. Shame that a brand like this can't have decent customer service. Its beyond me how businesses like these operate. No regard to customers concerns, whatsoever!

Refuse to help with exchanges

I used to love Aviator Nation. However, they don't care about their customers. I bought 2 sweatshirts that arrived and were too big. I bought them on sale and due to that fact, could only exchange them for a different size. - No big deal, that's what I wanted to do anyway. When I tried to do so, they were sold out of every single size of the sweatshirt. So, I reached out to customer service to see if I could get an in store credit or if they could process the exchange for a different sweatshirt. They told me that due to their policy, if they didn't have a replacement, I was out of luck. Considering I have spent over $1,000 there in the last year, you would think they would be more cognizant of the fact that I'm a loyal customer. Sadly, Aviator Nation won't be getting any more of my business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I absolutely LOVED this company for the first view items that I’ve ordered. However, since my initial couple of purchases, the quality and customer service are terrible. Last Christmas I ordered a hoodie a month before Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve the item was shown as delivered and never was. Since then, every time I order something, I either never receive it or it comes a month later. This has caused me to make several charge backs on my credit card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They literally refuse to answer calls and or emails. Save your money. Cute but not worth the hassle.

Sadly a waste of time and money.

I found out this company was made in USA so I really tried to love this brand. My first sweatshirt was so soft, I was hooked. But it was the equivalent of choosing the wrong sports team as a child. I was rooting for a dud. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and given them so many chances. Their clothing arrives slowly in a world of 2 day shipping. Then it arrives with no tags or “pinned” tags that don’t have the clothing label yet a blank tag. The sweatshirts are pilled upon arrival and usually appear very worn. With a 7 day return policy and mostly exchange or credit only, it quite frankly is almost offensive. They assume it needs to be returned and make it difficult to get money back. I don’t know who is working in quality control but they’ve been snoozing.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Paige Mycoskie should pay attention to this. If i respected brand before and wanted to support local business woman, now its not the case. I ordered online cloth but never got it. And customer support does not provide any assistance at all! Had to open a dispute with cc. and after talking to customer service they said clos it and we will take care your case. Guess I closed it and they said oh, we made a mistake and we not going to be taking care of your case. Very disappointing and cheap by this company. by doing that they lost me as a customer as well as my friends and family. no one wants to deal with thefts and not honest people/company who is Aviator Nation is.

Intrusive upsell

Love the products but wow, the online checkout experience is terrible! It would not let me place my order until I declined multiple items I didn't want to buy. I had to click "Decline Offer" over and over and over. No, I don't want to add a keychain. No, I don't want to add pants. No, I don't want to add a hat. If it weren't a late birthday present that I didn't have time to rethink, I would have not completed my purchase.

The worst customer support service!!!!

The worst customer support service!!!!
They made a mistake with my invoice and I couldn't receive my order..
After 20 emails we sent all the replies were irrelevant to my matter!!
Either their employees don't understand English or all the answers were given by computer.

Over priced tat

Over priced tat. Dont waste your money.
So disappointing. I bought my Ninja Hoodie in the 'Sale' for £87 (still very expensive) and paid £17 for international postage as I really wanted the item. The hoody is tissue thin, looks faded and washed out, is shapeless, I feel completely fobbed off. My only consolation is that I did not pay full price for this item - daylight robbery

Fabric and fit have changed dramatically

AN has changed their polyester / cotton ratio and now the majority of the fabric content is poly. Although the clothing is extremely soft, it is much lighter in weight has a cheap , synthetic feel. The silhouettes are also not as tailored and they seem much more largely produced.

Ordered a hoodie for $165.00 online…

Ordered a hoodie for $165.00 online only to wait 3 weeks . The company stated they couldn’t find the post office box where I received other items. Company sent email stating money would be refunded and have yet to receive anything. I wish they wouldn’t offer any stars because they don’t even deserve 1 star. Buyer beware

Terrible Quality and Poor Customer Service!!

I purchased 2 ninja hoodies - a teal and purple color. The teal one was fine but the purple one was stitched incorrectly on the logo. I emailed pictures to AN and they offered to do an exchange. I shipped mine back and received another purple ninja hoodie 5 days later. Well the replacement purple one I received had threads coming out and there was pilling all over the sweatshirt (as well as the inside of the sweatshirt). I emailed pictures and asked about the condition of the sweatshirt. They said it was shipped from a store so it could have been worn. They offered to exchange again so they sent me a shipping label. I returned it again and now they are no longer responding to my emails. I returned the item as they asked and I have not received a replacement or refund, they basically took my money! I’ve been calling their customer service # but you can’t talk to anyone over the phone. They just keep telling you to send an email. I’ve sent 4 emails. Their customer service is terrible and the clothing is poor quality even though the products are expensive.

FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT.
I returned a $175 sweatshirt on 3/13/24 after Aviator Nation approved and sent me the confirmation of return for exchange. The item and my receipt was mailed by me via UPS on 3/13/24. No correspondence from them that my exchange was being processed. At that point I got worried so I tracked the item via UPS and it was received by Rachel on 3/15/24 at 10:23 A.M. at the Aviator Nation Huntington Park, CA location. After multiple emails with CSAs Matt and Kaleb with my concern on the status, they were of no help trying to find the status. On 3/24/24 I received an email from CSA Arianda. Arianda stated that they found my return and asked what I would like to exchange it for. I responded. On Tuesday 3/26/24, CSA Matt emailed me they had no such return.
Aviator Nation in Huntington Park, CA has my sweatshirt. No exchange, no credit, nothing six emails later. I have left 4 messages at the provided Aviator Nation customer service number, 725-226-4911 requesting a return phone call about the matter. No one has returned my call and no one ever answers the phone. It has been a week of me contacting them and they obviously don't want to fix the issue. I am out the $175 even though it was confirmed they received my return. Their customer service via email and phone is obviously, completely incompetent. I would bet that if someone at the top saw my review they would care, but I cannot even get in contact with anyone to help.
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and I can say I will never do business with them again after this ordeal. I hope that if you are considering ordering from them, please be cautious that this how they treat their customers. Spend your money somewhere else.

Damaged hoodie

My daughter and I recently bought an Aviator Nation hoodie from the Malibu location. We live in Canada and the only thing my 12 year old daughter wanted to spend her money on was an Aviator Nation item. She wore the hoodie twice only and both sides of the hoodie front pocket are ripped. I contacted Customer Service and initially they provided me a link to an FAQ which advised to drop off the item for repair. I had to explain again that I live in Canada and couldn't come to California to drop off the item. I then received a reply advising to ship it to the warehouse for repair. I advised that it would cost me more to ship it then to pay for it to be fixed at a seamstress here. I never heard a reply back. For the cost of the item I would have hoped for a better solution. I'm a Customer Service professional and was surprised on the lack of option to make things right.

quality changed

I have purchased from them for years. I saw the line was carried in my local Nordstrom's, finally. While I grabbed a sweatshirt off the rack, the first thing I noticed was the change of quality. Sure enough after reading the label, It has changed to 50% polyester.

Don’t buy from their website!!!

The order came, i put the pink sweatpants in the washer and once washed couple of bright spot stains came out. It looked as the chemical distress washed off on couple of places as it was bright and clean. Tried email, calling - no one responded ever on the phone, live chat or email. The company is total scam and I hope they go out of business! They don’t value my time or money so I would never buy again! If you have to buy I suggest a more known retailer so you can return or complain to someone who will at least respond.

Misery loves company

Misery loves company, they say. Here I sit, after purchasing numerous items from AN and telling everyone how fabulous and worth the spend this brand is, waiting over 2 months for resolution on my request for a pair of joggers I paid for and never received. I called over and over, never reaching a human or any semblance of support. I've exchanged over 20 emails, having to explain my situation time and again, to never have it resolved.

I assumed I was the exception, but seeing these reviews it is apparent that there are deep customer service issues with this brand. How can a product priced at such a premium come with such unacceptable customer service?

Wish I had read others’ reviews before…

Wish I had read others’ reviews before pulling the trigger on the swim suit set. Received the order and shipment confirmation and then a week later an email without any personalization saying that they had an inventory issue and I should basically forget about ever getting the swimsuit I paid for. They gave me a link with two(!) other items to choose from which were just two different bikini tops. What a joke.

Don’t order.

Dreadful Company, AVOID.

AVOID. If you must, buy their merchandise from Bloomingdales or Nordstrom to avoid dealing directly with this company.

I ordered sweatpants and a sweatshirt online directly from their website on 12/14/23 for $215. I checked on their website and this was WELL within the timeframe they claimed would be necessary to allow the items to arrive prior to Christmas. On December 18, I noticed I had not received any shipment confirmation, so I emailed the customer service address (since apparently this company doesn't own a telephone). Their chatbot responses were non responsive. The items did not ship until 12/21, and did not arrive until after Christmas.

As I mentioned, there is no person to reach out to directly. Your first emails will be answered, after a few days, by a chatbot, and in my case, too late to actually rectify my issue. If they had responded on 12/18 about not having shipped my order, there still would have been time to send it in time. They could have overnighted it as late as 12/22 if there was any regard for me as a customer. As it was, I was left without a Christmas gift for my daughter on Christmas morning. They are dead to me.

Eventually I was able to connect with a person (over email, of course), and they gave me $50 off a *future* order. I wonder why I would ever willingly enter into another transaction with them based on how this one went? Unbelievably presumptuous and speaks to how they think of themselves as a company - they must have the only ugly sweatsuits for sale?! Unfortunately, no. I will buy my ugly sweatsuits elsewhere, AN.

Can't wait to see their merchandise in the bargain bin someday soon, so I can keep walking by.
