AVIDA: POORLY MAINTAINED MANAGED CONDO

As of September 19, 2026

The newest (best?) building at Avida Towers, Tower 9, once again has only one functioning elevator. Three weeks ago a sign was posted that said they were waiting on parts.

But the truth is (according to an employee here) is that they don’t want to spend the money required to fix it, because it’s “too expensive.”

So that means only one elevator for the foreseeable future.

What a horribly run condo complex! I have lived here for over three years (more than two in Tower 9, the newest and “best” building), and living here means living with long delays waiting for an elevator. And it means inept management of the facility.

Avida Land Corps needs to fire those responsible and fix this now! I’m definitely going to look for another (better managed and maintained) condo complex FAR AWAY from anything owned by Avida Land Corps!

If you’re looking for a nice, well-maintained, professional, problem-free condo community, DON’T MOVE HERE!
