Avid served me well.

Jay with Health & Wellness quickly returned my phone call about a Harvia sauna stove. He patiently and thoroughly addressed my questions and so after the call I ordered a wood burner for my sauna.

Unfortunately the model wa out of stock. Jay immediately contacted me with options. I stayed with the same model stove and needed to wait. Jay kept me informed throughout the wait. When it was ready to ship, I was given all tracking.

I strongly commend Avid and Jay. A great experience!
