I had an excellent experience with Avis at Rabat Airport, and I would especially like to thank Yasin for his outstanding service.

Despite a long delay on my side, Yasin kindly waited for me for more than two hours. Not only that, but he also made sure to keep the specific car I had requested, even though other customers were interested in the same vehicle. This level of dedication, patience, and professionalism is truly rare.

His attitude reflects great respect for customers and a strong commitment to service quality. Thanks to him, my rental experience was smooth, stress-free, and very pleasant.

They did not make it clear on the website you had to be a minimum of 23 years old to rent a car. I assumed I would be able to pay a young drivers fee, which you can do with every other rental company, and booked a car. I paid online and upon arriving in Morocco I was informed I could not get the car. The man at the front desk explained the rule and told me I could get a full refund if I contacted Avis. After contacting Avis, they refused to give me a refund saying the car had already been help. I did not get a car so I should get a refund. Terrible customer service.
