Rigidity- only 3 weeks off 4 yrs named driving experience
I cant imagine what it would be like to work for you with absolutely no autonomy or agency- just blind rules with seemingly no scope for reasonable minor exception- no wonder there is no empathy

Getting connected to a call centre is a no no. When I asked to be put throughout Galway they hung up.
Surely we should have a direct line to Galway ...we live in Ireland and you could offer a better service to the over 70
