Car insurance Renewal
I got a better quote when i went directly to your site as a new customer. Very poor customer service. Now that i have paid for my Aviva car policy I'm still receiving emails reminding me about my renewal. I assume i will receive these emails on a daily basis right up to my actual renewal date which is 30th March. Very poor customer experience.

My Aviva is super with all the documents including the Insurance disc. The price was also a driver in making our decision and having the vehicles insured with Aviva also makes it simpler.
